In Dimapur, Nagaland, we work with Viko Ethnic, where backstrap weaving continues in the hands of women who have carried its patterns through generations. Each motif reflects tribal identity, held in the rhythm of the loom and the memory of those who weave it. Here, naga fabrics are set into handwoven denim, so two lineages of craft meet in a single cloth.
