We work with kantha blankets made from old saris, layered and held together by the running stitch — a tradition that began in Bengal and spread across India. Softened by time, these quilts are reworked into garments where the aged tones, irregular patches, and hand-sewn seams become part of the design. Each piece carries the history of the cloth it once was while taking on a new form that keeps the kantha work in view.
